● Mono-color masterbatches are produced by blending the pigments with polypropylene or polyethylene through twin-screw extruder and then granulating.

● The pigments in the mono-color masterbatch are well dispersed, the average diameter of pigment particles in the mono-color masterbatch is less than 300nm.
●  The pigment can be well dispersed in PP or PE with a content between 30% and 70%.
● Mono-color masterbatches are supplied as chips, clean and environmently-friendly.
●  Producing multi-color masterbatches from our mono-color masterbatches is quick and easy, requiring low equipment investment and the manufacturing environment is clean.
